I/we hereby appoint Blackstone PPI Reclaims a trading name of Blackstone Claim Management Ltd ("Blackstone PPI Reclaims") to act on my/our behalf as my/our sole representative in respect of my/our complaint. I/we shall provide all information required by Blackstone PPI Reclaims, as requested, by return. I/we shall not enter into any agreement with the Bank/Lender/Credit Provider without first consulting Blackstone PPI Reclaims.


Blackstone PPI Reclaims can cancel this agreement at any time and no fee will be payable if we think there are no grounds for a complaint and/or that your complaint is unlikely to succeed. Blackstone PPI Reclaims shall have the right to terminate the contract by giving written notice to the client. Blackstone PPI Reclaims shall at its discretion immediately terminate the contract if there occurs any material breach by the client of any term of the contract which is irremediable or if remediable is not remedied to the Blackstone PPI Reclaims satisfaction within 15 days of a written notice by Blackstone PPI Reclaims specifying the breach and requiring it to be remedied, or the client is declared bankrupt, or the client does not follow any recommendations of Blackstone PPI Reclaims. The client shall have the right to terminate the contract by giving written notice to Blackstone PPI Reclaims within 14 days of signing the contract. In the event that the client terminates the contract after 14 days Blackstone PPI Reclaims reserves the right to make a cancellation charge that will reflect the work undertaken by us in pursuit of your complaint. If the client does want Blackstone PPI Reclaims to cease working on their complaint they must advise Blackstone PPI Reclaims of this immediately.


This is the full value of benefits including monies offered by the Third Party/Lender/Credit Provider whether as compensation, a gesture of goodwill, refund, reduction in arrears, discount or otherwise arising from any complaint made by Blackstone PPI Reclaims on behalf of the Client. Where such an offer is revised on appeal, then the higher amount shall be used in order to calculate the amount of our fees owed to Blackstone PPI Reclaims. If the account is in arrears the Lender/Credit Provider has every right to use the refund to reduce the amount owed by the Client; if this occurs Blackstone PPI Reclaims' fee will be calculated with reference to the total amount awarded to the client. In cases where all of the money is used to clear the arrears Blackstone PPI Reclaims can arrange to set up a payment plan in order to facilitate the Client making payment of the fee owed to Blackstone PPI Reclaims in agreed instalments.

Law & Jurisdiction:

The law applicable to this contract shall be English law and the parties consent to the jurisdiction of the English courts in all matters affecting this contract. Services provided by Blackstone PPI Reclaims may include commencement of legal proceedings to recover compensation, but this will not be applicable in every case. Blackstone PPI Reclaims makes no representation or warranty to the Client that compensation will be obtained or is in any way guaranteed.


Blackstone PPI Reclaims will endeavour to recover all monies owed to the Client in respect of their complaint and undertake to forward any payment made to Blackstone PPI Reclaims' client account to the Client within 7 days from the date of receipt, less the agreed fee of 25% plus VAT. In most cases the Lender/Credit Provider will refund any monies owed directly to the client. It is therefore the Client's responsibility to pay Blackstone PPI Reclaims' fee as stated in the invoice raised. Blackstone PPI Reclaims requests that all outstanding fees are paid promptly, and in any event no later than 10 days after the Client receives their compensation (if paid directly) or if the Client has no intention of accepting the offer of compensation and Blackstone PPI Reclaims recommends that you do so, 10 days after Blackstone PPI Reclaims' recommendation.

An example of Blackstone PPI Reclaims' Fee: Compensation Awarded to the Client is 1000. Blackstone PPI Reclaims' fee is 300.
